Payment Made Simple
We keep payments easy and secure. We do not handle credit card details on our website. Instead, you can pay us through:

- Cash payments – At our Dentam West office
Payment Schedule
- 50% advance payment – Required to confirm your booking
- Remaining 50% – Due before your trip starts
Refund Policy
Life happens, and sometimes plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
- 30+ days before trip: 80% refund of total amount
- 15-29 days before trip: 50% refund of total amount
- 7-14 days before trip: 25% refund of total amount
- Less than 7 days: No refund available
Emergency situations like medical issues or natural disasters will be reviewed case by case.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend getting travel insurance. Mountain weather can change quickly, and having insurance protects you from unexpected costs.
Health Requirements
